There are stereotypes and a general perception that women have a jealous, envious and a competitive spirit. These stereotypes hold us back from having real and genuine connections with other women. Ego, pride, envy, jealousy, and hatred, sometimes get in the way of us lifting each other up. These negative emotions cause us to have a PHD syndrome. Instead of allowing others to shine their light, we dim their light and sometimes go to the extent of putting it off.
